Default Green Miasma Aura in town

very stupid of me to post this. but this had been bothering me for some time now.

how on Earth do they do this? is it a special GW edition they have? or an item like the tonic or something.
been playing guild wars a bit under a year and still dont know the answer

PS: ppl ingame are so rude. they'll spam their trade msg, but will never reply to a simple question

it is from a cantha quest near kaineng, i believe it is entitled "drink form the chalice of corruption" while a cool effect in town it has a negative effect in explorables as it degenerates health, if i remember correctly

You have to complete the quest to remove the effect. Check out http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Main_Page for more information.

Yeah, these are exactly the people we need in the GW community..
I'm sick of people calling eachother noobs for just about every small little mistake... or lack of knowledge..

I wouldn't call them noob, but it is pretty retarded. I've seen people down in House Zu Heltzer that still had it, and some people bragging that it's a special holiday event aura.

I think you can also just abandon the quest to lose the effect!

Yes they are, welcome to Guild Was. They probably wouldn't reply to you on this because they were embarassed and they have no idea how they got it or how to get rid of it.

Sounds like something that can be picked up from a toilet seat.
Nothing that a good strong dose of Penicillin wouldn't fix!
